Healthy Group Home Project has two DCF licensed group homes for boys 14-17 years old that are currently in foster care. Our residents enjoy more freedom than many other state licensed facilities. We try to balance safety and order with freedom and comfort as a normal parent would.
Our homes are located near Downtown Panama City, FL. Residents can walk or bike to the library, skate park, basketball courts, fishing spots, stores, schools, ect.
Our staff include a professional writer, professional tradesmen, a retired lead fireman, a basketball coach at the local high school, a football coach at the local high school, a teacher at the local middle school, and a teacher at the local high school. Some of our staff were college athletes. Many of our staff are college graduates, fathers/mothers(as well as a grandfather and a grandmother), and husbands/wives.

Healthy Group Home Project has several community partnerships designed to promote success for our residents. These community partnerships have led to paid employment opportunities, learning experiences, increased life skills, and increased quality of life for our residents.
